Terms of Use

1. Eligibility: 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChiliTalks. By starting a chat you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will block them from the Service.

2. What the Service Does

ChiliTalks randomly connects you with other users for live video, audio and text conversations. You do not choose who you are matched with, and we do not screen, verify or endorse any user. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Your Conduct

You are responsible for everything you say and show on the Service. You must follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you agree not to:

• show nudity, sexual acts or sexually explicit content;
• involve, depict or sexualize anyone under 18 in any way;
• harass, threaten, bully, or promote violence or hatred against anyone;
• record, screenshot or share another user’s video, audio or messages without their consent;
• spam, advertise, solicit money, or run scams or phishing;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your age;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Service;
• break any applicable law or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

4. Reports, Moderation and Termination

Users can report others from inside a chat. We may review reports and related data, and we may block, suspend or restrict access to the Service for anyone, at any time, with or without notice, if we believe they have broken these Terms or the law. Where required by law, we report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the appropriate authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how. By using the Service you agree to it.

6. Intellectual Property

The ChiliTalks name, logo, website design and software belong to us. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission. You keep any rights you have in what you say or show in a chat.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that other users will behave appropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
